Pre-Game Routine

Having a set routine before each game you play can help you focus more and get into the zone easier. By not having a routine most of your mental energy will be spent thinking over what to do before the game, rushing and forgetting things. Stretch Your Calves For Better Splits

Tight calves can prevent you from fully stretching out your hamstrings and that could possibly lead to injury as well as not reaching your full potential. As a goaltender, flexibility is without a doubt one of most important components of being successful and avoiding injuries.
